Guidelines

 

 

 

Conference Registration Guidelines:

 

A.      Conference registration will get started at 8:00 AM on December 17, 2024, in Dubai, UAE.

 

B.      At the place of registration, you will get provided your ID card and conference program.

 

C.      If you have any questions, please contact the in-person organizer.

 

D.      You can pay the registration fee in cash to the on site organizer (before that, confirm your participation via email and ask us for the organizer's name).

 

 

Speaker/Poster Guidelines:

 

A.      Research the audience demographics to tailor your content appropriately. Consider their professional background, interests, and level of expertise.

 

B.      Use slides, graphs, and other visuals to support your points. Ensure they are clear and not overly text-heavy. Avoid overcrowding slides with information. Ensure slides are easy to read with appropriate font sizes and high-contrast colors.

 

C.      Organize your presentation with a clear introduction, body, and conclusion. Begin with an overview and end with a summary or call to action. Rehearse multiple times to refine your delivery and timing. Familiarize yourself with your slides and transitions.

 

D.      Submit your presentation materials (slides, videos, etc.) by the deadline provided by UCGConferences.

 

E.       Ensure your presentation is in the PowerPoint format. Confirm compatibility with the conference’s AV equipment.

 

F.       Bring a backup of your presentation on a USB drive or cloud storage in case of technical issues. Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the conference starting time.

 

G.     Provide a brief biography to the session chair for your introduction. Include your name, title, affiliation, and any relevant achievements.

 

H.      Engage with the audience by encouraging questions and discussions. Be prepared to answer questions thoughtfully and concisely.

 

I.        Speak clearly and at a moderate pace. Avoid jargon unless it is well understood by the audience.

 

J.        Use eye contact, gestures, and movement to engage the audience. Avoid standing in one place for the entire presentation.

 

K.      Use visuals, charts, and examples to illustrate your points. Ensure all visuals are relevant and enhance understanding.

 

L.       Please be informed that there may be slight changes in the program for any reason.

 

M.    Each speaker will have 20-25 minutes for their talk. Plan your talk for 20 minutes to allow for introduction and questions.

 

N.     Poster Presentation will have 15 minutes for their presentation. Plan your talk for 10 minutes to allow for introduction and questions.

 

O.     To stay on track of time, please ensure that you start and end your presentation at the times indicated in the schedule.

 

P.      The presentation should be in English.

 

Virtual Presentation Guidelines:

 

A.      The Virtual Speaker or Poster Presentation enables participants from all over the world to conveniently present their research work from anywhere without having to travel.

 

B.     Before to the conference, all registered attendees will receive an invitation to the virtual conference meeting, complete with a personalized user ID for access.

 

C.      Virtual attendees needs to join the meeting 30 minutes early, to avoid the last minute hustle and technical issues.

 

D.      Each speaker will be provided with 20-25 minutes for their presentation. Accordingly prepare your presentation for 17-19 minutes to allow for introduction and Q&A session at the end of your presentation.

 

E.       In order to follow the time mentioned in the conference program, kindly ensure that you start and end your presentation according to the program scheduled.

 

F.       A presenter, should be ready with the updated presentation slides open in your computer or other device. You need to share that presentation while sharing your screen.

 

G.    If you want to share the recorded presentation instead of attending and presenting online, we recommend that you provide us the recorded files as well as the power point presentation within 10 days of the conference's start date.

 

Certifications Guidelines:

 

A.      Every participant will be received a delegate certificate signed by the organizing committee members. The name and affiliation will be printed on the certificates based on our records; if you have any revisions or requests regarding the certification, please contact us before one month of the conference.

 

B.      Certificates will be provided during the session or after completion of the session, so please make sure to be present until the session ends.

 

C.      E-certificate will be sent through email in 2-3 working days after the completion of the conference.

 

D.      Co-authors not attending the conference will not receive the certificate.
