Event Terms & Conditions – Non-Refundable but Transferable
- - All event registrations, tickets, and payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- - Tickets are transferable to another individual prior to the event, subject to approval by the event organizer.
- - Any transfer request must be submitted at least two (2) months before the scheduled event date.
- - Each ticket may be transferred only once. The original purchaser is responsible for providing accurate and complete transfer details.
- - No refunds will be issued for non-attendance due to personal reasons, illness, travel issues, scheduling conflicts, or any other circumstances.
- - In the case of event postponement or rescheduling, tickets will remain valid for the revised date. Refunds will not be provided.
- - The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event program, speakers, venue, dates, or schedule at any time without prior notice.
- - By purchasing a ticket and/or registering for the event, the attendee acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable but transferable policy.
