Biography: Alessandra Ginsburg is a Functional Nutrition Therapist based in Switzerland, specializing in women’s hor- monal and digestive health. In her practice, she supports women during (peri)menopause by integrating clinical nutrition, func- tional testing, and microbiome analysis with a focus on restor- ing gut function, hormonal balance, and metabolic resilience. She uses diagnostic testing, including DUTCH and GI-MAP, and advocates for evidence-based care. Alessandra also con- tributed to a forthcoming scientific publication with a chapter on the gut microbiome.
