Biography: Dr. Rabab Gad Abdelkader Hasabelnaby an Associate Professor of Community Health Nursing at the RAK College of Nursing, RAK Medical and Health Sciences University (RAKMHSU), United Arab Emirates, and at Mansoura University, Egypt. She earned her PhD in Community Health Nursing from Mansoura University in 2013, following an MSc in 2007 and a BSc in Nursing in 1999. With more than twenty years of academic, clinical, and research experience across Egypt, the UAE, and Nigeria, Dr. Rabab has built a distinguished career grounded in excellence, leadership, and a deep commitment to advancing community health.
Dr. Rabab’s scholarly contributions span community and public health, school health, nursing education, epidemiology, health promotion, and infection control, with recent work integrating machine learning and digital health into population health research. She has published extensively in high-impact international journals and serves as a reviewer for multiple scientific publications. Her research portfolio reflects both regional and global health priorities, including communicable disease prevention, maternal and child health, and innovative educational strategies.
In addition to her academic roles, Dr. Rabab has led and coordinated numerous community outreach initiatives involving school health campaigns, health education workshops, disease prevention programs, and public awareness activities. She is actively involved in curriculum development, ACEN accreditation processes, student research supervision, and interprofessional education at RAKMHSU.
Dr. Rabab’s ongoing research and teaching efforts continue to strengthen the integration of community engagement, evidence-based practice, and innovation within nursing education, reflecting her dedication to improving health outcomes and inspiring the next generation of nursing professionals.
