Biography: Dr. Artur Bartczak is a pathologist and the Head of the Department of Pathology at the Public Specialist Hospital of Lung Diseases (Zakopane-Poland), where he conducts diagnostic, scientific and teaching activities. His subspecialties are: molecular and digital pathology, lung pathology, gastrointestinal pathology, breast pathology, cytopathology and uropathology.
In the past he has combined lecturing and research activities on the assistant position at the Medical Center for Postgraduate Education.
He is the author and co-author of many publications. Since 2015, he has been the editor of Translational Research in Anatomy, Elservier B. V. He is a member of many domestic and foreign scientific societies, including: Polish Society of Pathologists, European Society of Pathology and United States and Canadian Academy of Pathology. He has regularly organized and hosted many scientific conferences, including: Polish Pathology Days.
